Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Fire Cupping Schedule: Monday 10am-2:30pm, Tuesday 5:30-10pm, Wednesday 3-9pm The stresses of today's demanding society accumulate in our bodies over time. They gather together and settle deep within our tissues, often resulting in pain and restricting freedom of movement. My massages focus on identifying & releasing constraints in areas with chronic pain, repetitive stress injuries & compensation patterns. I use hot stones to melt away the first layers of tension, before deep tissue techniques break up adhesions and unbind rigid muscles. When appropriate I blend in fire cupping to increase circulation, improve lymph flow & free stagnant energy.

Lomi Lomi Massage My specialty, Lomi Lomi massage, is an ancient healing art form rooted in indigenous Hawaiian healing practices created to harmonize the body, mind and spirit. This style is primarily therapeutic, addressing the many layers of the body with a rhythmic dance of forearm movements and elbow pressure. My massage journey began almost ten years ago, on Maui, where I was lucky enough to receive training in the art of Mana Lomi created by Kumu Maka'ala Yates. I apprenticed under Jeana Naluai for over a year. What I took away from my time on Maui was a deep reverence for the physical bodies that propel our spirits in this world, and I quickly learned that we must be avid stewards of our physical form in order to live the healthy and abundant lives we so deserve. Therapeutic, Ashiatsu, Deep Tissue Schedule: Mondays 9am-3pm and Wednesdays 9am-9pm I am always working with an eye out for the key muscles that may be involved in chronic pain patterns - what a relief it is to find and address those spots! They crave to have attention paid to them! In practice since 2004, I have experience working with a diverse clientele and an array of injuries/conditions acute to chronic, relaxation, and maintenance massage for athletes. I blend a variety of tools (cupping, MET, hot stones) with the circulatory benefits of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. I also love giving 60 and 90 minute Ashiatsu massage sessions - using my feet to provide deep, smooth, even flowing pressure on the massage table - you will feel taller and "ironed-out" in the most wonderful way. My goal for each session is to "listen" carefully to your verbal and nonverbal feedback and ease your body through a deeply balancing session.

Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Stretching Andrew's massage treatment is a productive mix of therapeutic deep tissue and relaxation massage. His communication around depth & pressure is thorough to ensure that he is meeting the unique needs of each of his clients. Andrew takes a care-full approach to each session and paces the massage slow and easy enough so that clients feel safe and their nervous systems have time to adjust to the stimulation. His philosophy is that you can never go too deep, only too deep too fast. Andrew often incorporates myofascial release in the head and neck regions which leaves clients feeling lighter and more free. He is influenced by his training in Thai massage and the culture of massage of his family home passed on to him from his grandfather. In Andrew's ongoing education in self-healing and personal energy development he has expended great effort to create safety and peace in his own body/mind/soul to be able to share his abundance with you.
