Special Instructions Spa Unico's suite is located inside A Royal Pampering in The Baldwin Park Office Suites. Parking is located in the back of the building but for easier access to the front of our location, you are able to park in the ATT/Lenscrafter's parking lot across from the spa.
Cancellation Policy To ensure all guests at Spa Unico receive their spa treatment on-time and receive the best experience possible, Spa Unico requires notification to your technician if you will be unable to make your appointment. A credit card is requires to hold your appointment. *Cancellation of appointments require a minimum 24 hours notice to avoid an automatic charge of 50% of services booked cancelled same day. 100% of service will be charged for No Shows! All prepaid services though a third party, please note voucher number in the comments. Service vouchers will be redeemed for the full value of the service for any cancellations same day or no shows. *All series packages are non-refundable. *All gift certificate purchases are non-refundable. *All retail products are non-refundable. Third Party voucher will only be excepted for new client.
