Special Instructions For microblading appointments, we require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Otherwise a $100 fee will be charged to your credit card, regardless of a new procedure, or a touch-up.
Cancellation Policy To ensure that all our clients enjoy a peaceful and relaxing experience at Spa Lashes, we regret that children/babies are not allowed in treatment areas and cant be left unattended in the reception area. Cancellation Policy: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within this time frame will attract a 50% charge (optional-you can reschedule your appointment, but not less than 6 hours prior to your visit, at no charge). We regret that non notification (no-shows) of cancellation will attract a 100% charge. Late Arrivals: Please try to plan accordingly. There are events in life beyond our control, but in order to be fare to you and to accommodate on-time clients, we might have to shortened your session, but your appointment will end at your scheduled time and you will be expected to pay the full service price. Also, we might have to determine if there is enough time to start your session.
