Rachel’s approach to Pilates is to move well, feel strong, and have fun! Having lost 100 lbs and recovered from several major injuries, Rachel knows how to help you both get fit and stay safe. She focuses on core stability and strength, helping you to move from your center in the Pilates Studio, the gym, and in life!

Rachel is a Classical Pilates Instructor, certified through Romana’s Pilates, and an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in functional training, TRX, kettlebells, PRI, and Fascial Movement Taping (FMT).
