My yoga practice, meditation practice, and breathing techniques allowed me to break the cycle of my unhealthy habits and addictions. Therapeutic Yoga and Yoga for Recovery are based on these principles: Movement, Breathwork, Meditation, Nutrition, and Life Style/Habits. I teach with this principle as my foundation, creating safe classes and private lessons that flow with intention and purpose. This way, the practice becomes a moving meditation, deepening your connection to your mind, body and breath. Private Yoga is working together one on one. With private yoga instruction, you have the luxury of receiving undivided attention and asking questions along the way. You can take the time to learn the poses and you may rest when needed. We will tailor your practice to meet your specific needs and goals. You can safely explore various yoga postures while being provided individual instruction, including alignment and breath cues.
