Cancellation Policy We respect the time of our clients as well as our therapists. Because of this, we ask that you please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the original service total. Appointments that are no-showed will incur a charge of 100% of the original service total.
