Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made within 48 to 24 hours of notice. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled service. Non-cancellations or “NO-Shows” will be charged the full amount of the original service booked. Discount vouchers purchased on a third-party site: Cancellation or changes are accepted with 48 hours of notice. Late cancellations or No-Shows are subject to a $50 fee per service or forfeiture of the purchased voucher. Expired vouchers will be honored for the purchased amount towards the purchased service. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
