Get Fit St. Louis strives to bring clients a great workout and expand their knowledge of fitness. The main focus in any class style is always breathing, movement, form and NO PAIN. Yoga Fusion is a mix of many training elements. Always beginning with Breathe work, spine, ankles and so on. Classes include (but are not limited too) yoga flows, squats, lunging, deadlift patterns and so much more. Each class is different and designed for all ages and levels. Modifications are always given.
