Cancellation Policy Confirmation of appointment must be confirmed 24 hours before appointment or service will be cancelled. If you must cancel or reschedule, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance so you can avoid a cancellation fee and we can accommodate other guests. If you are late for an appointment, we will provide you with whatever service time is left based on the original start time. Failure to provide 24 hour notice will also result in the redemption of any gift certificates, vouchers that were used to guarantee the service, or the charging to your credit card $25 guarantee.
