Cancellation Policy Out of consideration for our guests and our team members, we require a credit card for all scheduled services to hold your appointment. If you give less than 24hr notice to cancel you will be charged 50% of total cost of appointment(s). If you do not come in for this appointment without notice the full amount of the scheduled services will be charged. All appointment are confirmed when scheduled and 2 hours prior to your appoinment.
