Cancellation Policy Each of our independent stylists adhere to a strict 24 hour cancellation policy as follows: cancelling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time results in 50% non-refundable charge for services booked. Failure to not show up without giving notice results in 100% non-refundable charge for services booked. This policy allows enough time for our waiting clients to receive services.
